We want to turn a culture of limited sources and squander into a resilience society that flourishes. Where organisations grow and have access to sources they never knew existed. This is how we want to achieve it: We connect self agents with SME's, governments and multinationals to find solutions for challenges. In multidisciplinary teams we collaborate with our customer to create leverage points that contribute to a resilience and prosperous future for your organisation. In 6 steps we create solution paths for the challenge of organisations and support with implementation. Challenge You have a challenge for a prosperous future of your organisation. Intake With the intake we aim to be fully in tune with the specifics of the project. In order to do that we map context, stakeholders, history, previous successes and failures. Selection We select two multidisciplinary teams to actively work on the challenge. Solutions Shop A creative session to find solution paths for your challenge in one day. STARTdoc The story lines have been visualised and described for the organisation to select it best start. Action If necessary we can support you with researching, create stakeholder engagement and/or implementing the solution paths.
