About The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is a growing wellbeing community for women based in Amsterdam.

Through immersive events, intimate circles, and personalised sessions, we create spaces where women can reconnect with themselves, their bodies, and one another.

Blending embodiment, nervous system support, ritual, sound, reflection, and community, our experiences invite women out of constant performance and into a deeper relationship with their own wisdom, expression, and self leadership.

We believe that when women feel safe enough to come home to themselves, magical things become possible.
