About The Roots

The Roots is a network organization specialized in systemically looking at people and organisations. Together with various organizations and professionals in the Netherlands and South Africa, we look at what happens when things are difficult from a systemic perspective.

We are connected with the African School of Constellation and the Real Academy in Cape Town.

We exchange knowledge by experiential learning • We do this from a place of connection between body, mind and soul. With our no-nonsense approach, we live up to our name. We have a passion for sustainable growth and change in which we give space to people and organizations! We regularly organize workshops on family and organizational constellations where the work of Bert Hellinger and Carl Jung, among others, inspire us.
