I'm Kasia — a business coach and mindfulness teacher with 14+ years of experience leading marketing teams at startups and scaleups across Europe. I know what it feels like to be accountable for results under pressure. That context shapes every coaching conversation I have.

I work with managers and senior leaders navigating rapid growth, leadership teams that want to decide faster and reduce friction, and HR leads looking for a coaching partner who understands startup culture.
