The Myonco Foundation (Maastricht - NL) is set on improving existing chemo-drug and immuno therapies for the 'Rare and Deadly Tumour diseases'​.

Why?

- to improve the outcome of drug therapy for these deadly diseases, - to reduce the suffering from the harsh side-effects. - because we all know someone in our network who will contract such a horrible disease. - because the novel drugs being developed are just too costly, or not effective at all...

Myonco has the technology and the capabilites lined up. Now we need to raise the cash to do it with the world-class clinicians, scientists and companies in our network... and we will ensure that it stays accessible and affordable for all.

The Foundation offers licenses and facilities to modern injectable drug depot technology and cGMP-compliant materials. Development partners can formulate, test and introduce improved products.

Local release of Chemo inside tumours, or Immuno near bye lymph nodes offers many advantages: - better efficacy to eradicate the tumour, - far lower total dose of these drugs with far less/no side-effects, - overall less costly.
