The Movement Practice is a Pilates Studio and movement education center in OudWest, Amsterdam that seeks to make movement a part of daily life. We offer daily pilates private, semi-private and group classes in equipment and mat. Since March 2020 we offer online interactive group and private and semi-private Pilates sessions.
