The Monkey Business (Formerly Ravez Movement Academy) is the first movement studio in The Hague.

It is time to create more balance in this society we live in where we are getting so disconnected of our nature, that we walk around tired, in pain or even depressed wishing it al could be better, but not knowing where to begin.

Invest time in yourself, re-discover what it means to be human, get in touch with the roots of what are bodies are made for, learn about foods, movements, change your patterns and reclaim your true nature. Develop yourself, eat good, feel good, look good and be good!
