- Hiring system design: ATS selection and setup, lean pipelines, scorecards, and decision-ready reporting - Compensation philosophy & framework: levels, bands, equity/cash mix, and offer strategy aligned with stage and constraints - Benefits strategy: competitive, realistic packages aligned with your priorities - Onboarding architecture: 30/60/90 plans, fast ramp-up, and structured feedback loops - Founding & critical hiring: end-to-end execution, from sourcing through contract signing

How we work:

- Fractional TA leadership: 2-3 days per week as your Head of Talent or embedded recruiter - Strategic advisory: 1 hour to 1 day per week for targeted, founder-level guidance
