I support business leaders in their transformational journeys holistically by focusing on both the inner game of consciousness and character, which is essential to building trust and engagement around a common purpose, and the outer game of capabilities and competencies, which is necessary to drive vision, strategy and execution.

Working with these two aspects of leadership is transformational and increases leadership effectiveness. To support my clients, I offer leadership coaching, leadership assessments, mindfulness meditation training and wilderness trails, aimed at increasing your awareness and encouraging your transformation as a leader.

I draw upon my business acumen and leadership experience, together with my coaching skills, to support my clients in reaching their goals and their full potential.

I have more than 20 years of leadership experience gained in investment banking and technology sector spanning roles of managing director, company founder, CEO, non executive board member of companies and private equity funds, and chairwoman of a bank.
