About The Influence Company

The Influence Company (TIC) delivers training and coaching programmes for professionals at international organizations. Our mission is to grow the effectiveness of people and organizations through "positive influence": achieving goals while sustaining relationships. It's a dynamic balance we train professionals to navigate, situation by situation. We are the exclusive EMEA licensor of the Positive Power & Influence® Programme, developed by researchers at Harvard. At the heart of this training is The Influence Model®, an evidence-based framework for building positive influence, communication, and leadership skills. The Influence Model® identifies four key influence styles: Persuading, Asserting, Bridging, and Attracting, that professionals learn to apply each based on the circumstances.
