The Hiwat Group is a privately held firm built on a single conviction: capable business owners are not made at the point of starting a company. They are developed much earlier.

Most founders piece this together across disconnected advisors, courses, and coaches — losing time, coherence, and momentum in the process. THG was built to change that.

Through five Houses — Accountancy, Consultancy, Creativity, Operations, and Academy — the Group works across financial structure, strategic direction, creative expression, operational systems, and professional development. Each House holds its own function. All are governed by the same standard.

THG Academy translates this into structured learning, professional development, and direct coaching work with individuals ready to build differently.

The work is practical and long-term. Clients come with real constraints — businesses to run, organisations to lead, lives to structure — and leave with the clarity and systems to do it well, without returning to the same problems.
