The Gridt specialized in the optimization of the racing drivers performance, this is achieved by putting value on the driver.

We offer holistic science based driver development packages which are unique for the needs of each driver. The package focusses on three areas. - Firstly physical fitness, we create data-based endurance and resistance training schedule personalized to the drivers fitness level and goals and specific for race car driving. Not only do you receive a schedule, training is also accompanied (online or in person) as well as monitored. - High performance coaching is the second area that is implemented. Mindset coaching as well as coping with stress and optimizing the race preparation are parts of this area. - Cognitive training focusses on improving focus, multitasking and peripheral vision.
