The Entertainment Group (T.E.G.) is a leading film content provider in the Benelux. T.E.G. is the parent company of Videoland On Demand, Movie MAX Online and meJane.com. T.E.G. started its legal digital online distribution in 2007, which was expanded through a contract with KPN in 2008. In this collaboration, T.E.G. provides film content for the KPN Interactive TV platform. In 2009 T.E.G. decided to run its own network of set-top boxes, in order to get a better grip on its customers. In addition to the three online movie websites, customers can now also view the same movies at home via the set-top box. Dutch The Entertainment Group (T.E.G.) is een toonaangevende onlinefilmaanbieder in de Benelux. Onder T.E.G. vallen de merken Videoland On Demand, Movie MAX Online en MeJane.com. In 2007 is T.E.G. begonnen met de opstart van legale digitale distributie van films via de PC. Dit is in 2008 uitgebreid met een contract met KPN, waarbij T.E.G. onder de naam Videoland het filmaanbod verzorgt voor Interactieve TV van KPN. In 2009 heeft T.E.G het plan gevat om een eigen netwerk van set-topboxen op te zetten, om zodoende meer grip te krijgen op haar klanten. Naast de drie websites waarop T.E.G. haar films beschikbaar stelt, kan de klant dezelfde films nu ook thuis bekijken op de set-topbox.
