About THE BREATH CLUB

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 is a space for people who want to slow down, step out of their head, and reconnect with their body through breath.

What began as a personal way to recover from burnout grew into a deeper practice of working with the nervous system, presence, and embodied awareness. Today, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 offers breathwork journeys, Heat & Breath sauna aufguss sessions, and intimate events where breath, sound, cacao, heat, and stillness come together.

The work is grounded, experiential, and intentionally simple. No wellness checklists, no performance, no spiritual shortcuts. Just breath as a tool to regulate, release, and reset.

I design sessions as journeys rather than techniques. Each experience creates space to slow down, soften, and listen inward, whether that’s through connected breathing, somatic work, ritual, or silence.

I continue to study breathwork, nervous system science, embodiment, and traditional wisdom, and everything I learn is integrated directly into the work. No guru posturing. Just curiosity, honesty, and showing up fully.

Through breath, we create clarity, resilience, and space, one honest inhale and one grounded exhale at a time.
