About The Balanced Office

Co-founded by a Psychiatrist and a NLP EQ coach, The Balanced Office trains people at work to detect mental distress, intervene early and prevent it, by offering mental health courses to employees and managers.

We raise awareness on the signs and triggers of mental distress, such as Chronic Stress, Anxiety, Burnout and Depression, and on the behaviours to reduce and prevent them. We also educate on the role of emotional intelligence in mental well-being and the behaviours to reinforce it in the workplace.
