This is reinforced with sound practical experience and up-to-date knowledge of specific equipment, fabrication sequences and testing to ASME/API/ASTM/EN and other normative documents, client specifications and statutory construction codes. BIE has developed its own unique Cost of Quality software called QTrac which was launched in November 2015. This is a business tool to evaluate the effectiveness of a quality management strategy in an organisation. QTrac identifies quality cost inefficiency with analysis providing lessons learned to improve business systems, mitigate risk and driving increased efficiency and opportunities for our clients.
