TEQ, Corporate Finance with a Smile. We help tech companies grow faster and smarter. Founded in January 2022 as an entrepreneurial advisory firm specifically focused on technology founders, entrepreneurs and their investors, active in High-Tech, ICT, SaaS and Platforms.

We are not your typical M&A broker. We are fun to work with, we deeply value long term relationships and we love to build great technology companies with ambitious and passionate entrepreneurs like you.

TeQ is specialised in cutting through complexity in strategy, technology and finance and in positioning your company towards investors and financiers through ‘equity storytelling’. Combined, we have >30 years of knowledge and experience in advising, financing and investing in the technology sector in the Netherlands, Germany and the UK.

We differentiate with our deep sector knowledge and experience and can tap into a broad network of long-term relationships with technology companies from start-ups, scale-ups, mid-market and publicly listed enterprises and specialised investors, financiers, advisors and industry experts.

Last but not least, we put our money where our mouth is. If you are looking for an entrepreneurial investor, we can also co-invest, ourselves and/or with preferred partners.
