TenantHero is a legal-tech impact startup; our mission is to be the hero of anyone who struggles to understand a contract.

TenantHero provides a service to summarize, analyse and clarify rental contracts for tenants, whether or not they already signed.

How does it work?

You upload your rental contract, our proprietary AI technology analyzes the contents, and you get an information pack in your inbox containing: key points, red flags, and next steps. This way, you never have to read a rental contract again, and you can be confident and knowledgeable about your rights and obligations!

Whose hero are we?

TenantHero is for everyone who doesn’t speak the language, isn’t familiar with the rules in their new country, never learned about their rights, or lacks a handy lawyer or law student in their network.

Instead they just have to hope that what they’re about to sign, or what they have already signed, is fair.

Our mission is to replace this wishful thinking with knowledge and confidence.

Why?

Too many contracts are filled with incorrect, unfair or downright illegal terms. Even worse, we still sign and agree to these terms because we don’t have the knowledge or support to fight back.

Our goal is to change things so that nobody has to put their signature on a contract without knowing if it’s the right thing to do! If you already signed, don’t worry: we can provide you with knowledge and confidence so you can be your own hero, and fight for your rights. This is because you shouldn’t need a law degree to protect yourself: we aim to level the playing field so that anyone can make an informed decision for themselves.
