I am looking for a venue

Discover venues, equipments, services, menus, prices and useful tips who will help you to make a decision. Select the space you want to book, time slots, event type and layout. Send a pre-booking request. Receive confirmation of availabilities within 2 hours maximum. Pay a security deposit to valid the booking. Only payed deposit guarantee your reservation. Modify/Cancel/Share your booking request or reservation online easily. If I need to receive a complete commercial offer or if i want to be contacted before to book, I simply check the box "I want to be contacted by the property owner"​. And if it turns out that all your applications are rejected, you can always send a new booking request to another venue using the same criteria as the first one with a simple click. TeamVenues help desk is open monday to friday from 9.00 to 18.00 to help you to find any kind of service related to your event in Amsterdam.

I am a venue owner

I receive a booking request highly detailled. I accept or reject the booking request with a simple click. If I have the availability and the ability to host the event, I accept the request and receive the customer details to contact him. After agreement, the customer pays online a deposit on via TeamVenues to guarantee the availability of the space only*. The day of the event TeamVenues transfer directly on my bank account the amount of the deposit that I deduce from the customer final invoice. In case of cancellation or no show, I recover some or all of the deposit according to the cancellation policy that I have defined.
