About Task in Formation

Mission Task in Formation provides experience in consultancy and training projects where the ‘I’ of ICT is the main drive. Our approach is characterized by focusing on improving the way Human Capital is deployed in its day-to-day working environment. Center of attention is the way in which information plays a role in the tasks performed. Based on information analysis and workplace analysis an optimized training curriculum is developed which best suits the individual employee. It is this approach in which the name ‘Task in Formation’ found its origin. Vision At Task in Formation we gladly position ourselves as a partner of our constituents. This results in a synergetic approach of the need for knowledge within the venture. On this basis we implement solutions which direct the training effort toward those entities where training truly provides added value to achieving the set business objectives using proven methodologies in the field of efficient knowledge transfer.
