Solving issues together, creating a settlement agreement convenient for you both and if necessary, also for your minor children involved. Despite the emotions accompanying the divorce, there are a lot of important decisions to be made for your future Tara Mediation can create a roadmap together with the both of you. Once you both have agreed to divorce, there are many issues which need to be addressed. All agreements will be recorded in a settlement agreement. If there are also minor children involved, an agreement with respect to them will be made: the parenting plan.
