We are on a mission. Making the leisure market accessible for everyone at any time, to make it possible to enjoy quality time whenever and how long visitors want.

tap wants to connect leisure locations with a new target audience, who demands or need flexibility and becomes more critical as the online market grows. tap therefore places the visitors at the center and builds products that enable leisure locations to distinguish themselves from their competitors with our frictionless Pay As You Go ticketing entrance solution.

We believe that time is even more valuable than money. Visitors value what they pay for and a visit to the zoo, theme park, museum, kids playground or wellness for just a few hours is not interesting compared to the regular admission price. According to CBS (independent Dutch research company) the group of interested non-visitors is three times the size of the current market. The available time compared to the price is the barrier for visiting a location in most situations. This group of visitors are now looking for discounts or decide not to come at all. So leisure organizations are missing new business and the price for the next visit is set if a visitor now visits a location with a discount.
