Due to the management’s extensive experience and knowledge in dental healthcare, the first investments concentrated on a chain of clinics in this field. The group is registered in the Netherlands as a limited liability corporation (B.V.) and has various legal entities operating as Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV’s) for specific investments.

Geographic Focus Currently, the group’s investments are geographically focused on the Netherlands and demographically on diversity. Management is presently considering expansion into the Belgian and German markets.
