We are a community of working fathers helping each other take parental leave.

Our mission is to create a world where all men are willing and able to take parental leave. We focus on changing minds, by:

1) Educating men about the availability and benefits of parental leave 2) Helping men discuss parental leave with employers 3) Encouraging employers, colleagues, family and friends to support men who take leave 4) Raising awareness by promoting parental leave success stories, speaking out about challenges and engaging in public debate on the issue
