Tairi is an executive coaching practice for IT leaders.

We coach CIOs, IT directors, and senior technology leaders to become the leaders their companies need, not just the best technologist in the room. Leadership is a skill, and it can be learned.

Tairi is led by Mark Wormgoor. Over 30 years in technology, Mark consulted for industry leaders, led large global IT teams, and spent six years running global IT teams at JDE. He knows the job because he's done it.

Too many companies still treat IT as a supporting function. As AI and technology reshape the business, the organizations that put real technology leadership at the executive level are the ones that get ahead. That takes exceptional IT leaders, and our mission is to build them, one leader at a time.
