Working with me

When working with me you experience the right energy and talent to put trust in your people to do the right thing. During my career I worked at small, medium and big organizations, all applying agile methods for different reasons. In the role of scrummaster, agile coach or consultant I helped teams improve and accelerate, departments align and collaborate and guided organizations to evolve. By introducing (elements of) agility frameworks these clients were able to make it their way of working, suitable to deliver better services and products for their customers. In these assignments I trained and coached internal people so that my efforts could be phased out.
