The company was founded by an engineer who knows firsthand the transformative power of great recruitment. Originally from Paarl, South Africa, a stunning town in the heart of South Africa’s winelands, our founder grew up surrounded by the beauty and industry of one of the world’s premier wine-exporting regions. This vibrant environment fostered a passion for connecting people and opportunities across borders.

Before SwiftCore, our founder gained invaluable experience building a recruitment business that matched talented individuals with roles in Southeast Asia, particularly in Thailand and China. This global insight into diverse markets laid the groundwork for SwiftCore’s mission to bridge talent gaps wherever they exist.

In 2022, after relocating to Den Haag (The Hague) in the Netherlands with his wife, the founder observed a pressing demand for skilled professionals in the Dutch job market. Drawing on his own journey—being recruited as an engineer in the Netherlands—he founded SwiftCore Recruitment to serve both candidates and employers with empathy, expertise, and integrity.
