Three fellow entrepreneurs –friendrepreneurs really- from Brazil added the ‘Brigadeiro’ to the Dutch assortment of delicacies in 2016. This Brazilian iconic delicacy -no chocolate, no truffle- was introduced in the Netherlands under the name Sweet Bob. The first brigadeiroshop in the Netherlands is located at the Brouwersgracht 113 in Amsterdam. The handrolled brigadeiro’s are made with condensed milk, butter, chocolate and many variations of toppings. And a whole lotta love, obviously.
