SV Poortugaal is een Nederlandse amateurvoetbalclub uit Poortugaal in Zuid-Holland, opgericht in 1927. De club had een zaterdag- en een zondagafdeling. Het eerste zaterdagelftal speelde in de Vierde klasse, het eerste zondagelftal in de Eerste klasse (seizoen 2017/18). Per 1 juli 2018 is PSV Poortugaal met zaterdagclub Oude Maas opgegaan in SV Poortugaal.
De club speelt op Sportpark Polder Albrandswaard in Poortugaal.
