The SURVUZ Foundation supports and stimulates the improvement of service organizations. SURVUZ develops and manages methods and instruments that can be used by service providers of any size in any line of business, to improve their performance. SURVUZ manages the USM method: Unified Service Management. USM is a method, with associated instruments and facilities, that is applicable in all service domains. USM can be used in all facility domains (building management, human resources, finance, ICT, catering, etc.) as well as in all primary domains (such as governments, telecom companies, etc.). SURVUZ supports service management professionals who want to share their knowledge, based on the methods and instruments developed and managed by SURVUZ. SURVUZ accredits partners and certifies professionals who want to use the USM method. Accredited partners, certified professionals, and products that are successfully audited against USM requirements are published on the SURVUZ platform. SURVUZ offers opportunities for numerous specialists, in many roles, to support the market of service providers with better products.
