n this simulation, you will witness a improvement of your plant’s performance by accelerating material flow and increasing the accuracy of the information flow with DDMRP buffers. The Lean approach will allow you to experience demand-driven planning and visible and collaborative execution.

Objectives: Learn basic principles of Supply Chain Management and DDMRP while having fun. Experience the changes that DDMRP will bring to your information and material flow management. Experience the new organisation proposed by DDMRP on planning and prioritisation of production orders. Discover how DDMRP allows you to stabilise production and reduce team stress. Schedule a day to customise the workshop: increase the impact of the workshop by integrating your constraints, your vocabulary and your environment

You will simulate the management of an end-to-end supply chain, with a supplier, a factory, a hub and 3 shops. How can we satisfy our customers when we have a shortage of finished products, with a capacity constraint in production? How can we minimise transportation costs?

Objectives: Have an overview of the importance of flow and the links between customer demands, distribution network and suppliers Experience the changes that DDMRP will bring to your information and material flow management.
