Designed by MKA architects, and based on the modular prefab Superwood building system, Superlofts are defined by award-winning projects that make people feel like they finally belong.

Superlofts combine modular design with prefabrication methods to create a diverse mix of lofts types and flexible programs that can easily adapt overtime. They use Open Building principles to radically extend the building’s life span and reduces ongoing costs. By closing material, energy, water, ecology, and waste cycles, Superlofts is on its way to becoming one of The Netherlands first climate positive residential concepts.
