About Studio Was Here

Was Here is a flexible collective bringing together story, identity and experience to build brands with presence. We give them form through design, meaning through ideas and life through everything that follows.

Since forever, people have been finding ways to say: I was here. We carved it into stone, tagged it in places we probably shouldn’t, and now mostly post it with a caption. Different tools, same instinct. To leave a mark.

Brands do the same thing. (Usually with a nicer font and a strategy deck though.) But the ones that really last do more than look good. They sound like themselves. They stand for something. And they leave behind more than just visibility. And that's where we come in.
