About Student & Society Initiative (SSI)
The Student & Society Initiative is a pilot project of Maastricht University. It picks up on the need of students and inhabitants of South Limburg to work together more positively and to get to know each other better. Dinners, social drinks en thematic community events will be organized in order to foster and facilitate interaction between students and citizens. The SSI also organises community service projects, connects international students to mentor families, and links language buddies. SSI - Where Students & 'Sjengen' Meet!
