About Studds

Studds was founded in 2017 with the idea of ​​enabling high-quality work by highly skilled migrants for the Dutch business market.

We believe that the turnover of international talent completing their Master’s degree and leaving the Netherlands post-completion is far too great. 82% of all international students who complete the master’s phase of their education in the Netherlands return to their country of origin within a year.

Our goal is to reduce this turnover. We do this by offering talent with expertise in niche fields that are in great demand in the Dutch business community. Through our career trajectory, we also help our candidates with everything regarding the dutch expat legislation, we help with the search year application and we help with everything regarding work permit and residence permit issues.

Through our abundant professional network, we can match our candidates with their dream project within a couple of weeks, eventually achieving a long-term stay in the Netherlands.

Studds INT is an IND erkent referent, which means that we can even make a match between our candidate who for instance is originated from a non-EU country with a Dutch company that is not IND competent.

This will give our candidates an even greater chance of finding the job they are looking for through Studds.
