Our co-founders bring deep experience in User Research and design, civic tech, communications strategy, research, and social change to help shepherd your wild ideas and persistent pain points into real-world offerings.

For more than 15 years Dr. Grover Wehman-Brown has been strategizing, training, researching, writing, podcasting, teaching, and getting things done in the fields of narrative strategy, affordable housing and an end to homelessness, and cultural communications. Now, they help organizations assess current conditions, work through challenges, and clarify goals to connect with strategic audiences.

Nova Wehman-Brown is a UX Research and Design leader with more than 30 years experience connecting people to the communities and services they need. Her content strategy background laid the foundation for user-centered design practices and storytelling to engage with any audience - internal stakeholder, cross-functional team, buyer, or customer. It taught her that no matter how the content or technology evolves, the process is always the same: understand your audience first and you will serve them well.
