About Stichting WOF Rescue

A female-led animal rescue NGO, we are dedicated to providing humane and sustainable solutions for the stray animal population. Inspired by the Netherlands example, we use spaying and neutering as the most effective way to manage stray populations, followed by returning them to their living zones. Our campaigns focus on the small towns surrounding Ankara, where we sterilize and vaccinate strays according to EU standards.

After each sterilization campaign, we monitor the areas with with local volunteers and provide regular feeding. We give medical treatment care and provide shelter for those unable to survive on the streets, and find them loving homes in Europe.
