Street Challenge is a unique project that focuses on neighborhood-strengthening, participation and strengthening the relations within the community we are active. Street Challenge is organised in the Netherlands and Suriname. The project uses sport as a means to achieve a meetingpoint with all residents and is a platform to meet each other on a regular basis. Street Challenge is an event that can be organized in every community. The event is organized on the streets and all residents are invited to participate. During Street Challenge participants are challenged in a fun way to participate in various sports and games. Sport is an ideal base for a healthy life style, but also encourages the team spirit. Sport also encourages self-confidence, perseverance and mutual respect!!!
