Stichting Rowing Without Limits is a Dutch foundation with a straightforward purpose: make world-class certified rowing training accessible to everyone, not just the elite.

We do that through group sessions, workshops, fundraisers, clinics, certified education, and partnerships with clubs, gyms, studios, municipalities, and event organizers. Our delivery model is mobile by design — based on Terschelling, operating across the Netherlands and Europe, and available online through digitized programs and connected fitness formats.

Our approach is technique-first. Every program follows a structured, repeatable format with clear verbal cues, predictable sequences, and a low-chaos environment. That structure is what makes our sessions work across a wide range of participants — including athletes with visual impairment and those navigating complex physical or psychological needs. We do not adapt the method; the method is already built to be clear, calm, and consistent.

We work with organizations that want to offer rowing to their members, staff, or communities in a format that is professionally designed, operationally clear, and easy to repeat. That includes competition clubs looking to broaden participation, municipalities building inclusive sport access, corporate partners running team or wellness programs, and — through two successfully completed pilots — youth programs where structured, technique-first rowing has proven a practical fit.
