Als kankerpatiënt kun je voor behandeling soms beter en sneller terecht in het buitenland. Zorgverzekeraars vergoeden die kosten niet altijd, of beperkt. Ook komt het voor dat een door een arts voorgeschreven aanvullende behandeling en/of middelen niet of beperkt worden vergoed.Daarom biedt Kans Tegen Kanker, in die situaties, financiële ondersteuning. Iedereen kan ondersteuning aanvragen. Daarnaast zet onze stichting zich in voor onderzoek.
