About Stichting GAPS - Global Access to Postsecondary Education
GAPS is an initiative where several critical issues that in different ways impact on higher education intersect to create a new vision and action agenda for higher education. GAPS aims to bring together experts, practitioners, activist leaders and higher education decision makers to link various efforts tackling the challenge of improving and broadening access and success in post-secondary education; bringing more inclusiveness into the definition of academic excellence and ensuring that all students benefit from exposure to global learning.
GAPS recognizes that the three topics identified as its key priorities – access and success, inclusive education and global learning - are the focus of various higher education networks and communities who work to address them in various geographic contexts. GAPS’ vision is to build bridges among them and enrich the dialogue and collaborative actions.
