About Stichting Aleza
Aleza is een jonge organisatie die zich met een frisse blik in zet voor professionele ondersteuning aan mensen met een verstandelijke beperking en/of psychische klachten. Het doel is om deze mensen zo zelfstandig mogelijk te laten leven, waarbij vraaggerichte ondersteuning wordt geboden in de vorm van individuele begeleiding in de thuissituatie. Er wordt ondersteuning geboden op basis van diverse levensgebieden, denk aan financiën, sociaal functioneren en zingeving.
