With a team of super specialists and experienced litigators SteensmaEven delivers high quality legal services, mostly to employers, among which large, multinational companies.

We focus on collective bargaining law, employee participation law, (retrenchment of) employment conditions, general terms and conditions with regard to temporary workers, transfer of undertaking, strikes, international and European law, individual and collective dismissal law, maritime labour law, disability, pension law and privacy law. We work together with very experienced tax lawyers.

SteensmaEven is closely involved in science. Our lawyers regularly give lectures at the Erasmus School of Law (ESL) in Rotterdam and also provide postgraduate education on a range of employment and privacy issues. We regularly publish in legal professional literature. We are convinced that only excellent knowledge of the law allows us to provide our clients with good and practical advice.
