Wie is Steens Beheer?

Sinds 1975 beheren wij onroerend goed en adviseren wij bij nieuwe investeringsproposities en desinvesteringen. Dat doen we zowel bij woning- als commerciële vastgoedtransacties. Wij opereren landelijk vanuit ons kantoor in Rotterdam.

De meerderheid van onze cliënten zijn particuliere investeerders en vastgoedondernemingen. Als zogenaamd ‘family office’ is persoonlijk contact met onze opdrachtgevers dus erg belangrijk. Onze focus is altijd de lange termijn. Dat zit in ons DNA.

Onze werkwijze omschrijven we verder graag als recht door zee en duidelijk.

Who is Steens Beheer ?

Since 1975 Steens Beheer has been managing real estate. We also do advice on new investments possibilities and divestments. Residential and commercial properties. We do operate nationwide from our office in Rotterdam.

The majority of our clients are private investors and real estate companies. As a true family office we value a personal touch in our client relations. We do business the Rotterdam way: to the point and clear-cut.

Our team is highly involved with our clients and only has a long term focus.
