Hey! I'm Juan Bakker, a biologist and systems thinker, well-versed in sustainability and business. My mission is to create systems supporting safe products, happy people, and a healthy planet.

With eight years of consulting experience, I've guided manufacturing companies, from startups to multinationals, in sustainable strategy, operations, and circular product design. At Philips, a global sustainability leader, I shaped and executed sustainability goals for internal units, central functions, and external clients.

Now, I'm focused on helping organizations that want and feel the need to conduct business more sustainably identify a long-term strategy, and understand how to implement it today.
