About SPROUT PUBLISH

SPROUT PUBLISH is an independent, artist-run publishing platform that promotes and sells photo books to support artists across the globe. Our mission is to offer fertile ground for unique, self-published and hand-made books in small editions that challenge the photographic medium in new, interesting ways.

By collecting and sharing various forms of printed matter, we aim to showcase both fresh cuts and mature crops, fostering the growth and recognition of diverse artistic talent in the realm of visual storytelling.

Since its foundation in 2022 by visual artists Aurélie Sorriaux and Dora Lionstone in Amsterdam, SPROUT PUBLISH has launched several open calls and participated in various international book fairs to broaden its network. It consists of an online shop and blog with monthly news and interviews of their featured artists.
