About Speculative Futures The Hague

Speculative Futures is an international community of meetups focused on Speculative & Critical Design, Design Fiction, Futurism, and Strategy & Foresight. In the Hague, we organize events to bring together a diverse group of people interested in the design of futures, ranging from the future of politics to the future of love. Our goal is to explore the role that Speculative Design and Foresight can play for responsible, ethical, and mindful design futures.

We organize events every 3-4 months, ranging from speaker nights to workshops and hands-on experience with speculative design and futurism.

Speculative Futures is an effort steered by the Design Futures Initiative.
