About Spark My Future

Spark My Future is a non-profit foundation that supports young women at the start of their careers.

We develop and deliver coaching programmes for ambitious women from all fields who are transitioning from university into the workplace and are seeking clarity, confidence and direction in a complex and demanding labour market. Aligned career choices lead to more sustainable success and reduce the risk of early disengagement or burnout.

Through a unique combination of group workshops, 1:1 coaching and a strong peer community, we help participants build self-belief, agency and the confidence to make intentional career choices. Our programmes connect personal and professional development, recognising that who you are and how you show up at work are deeply intertwined.

Spark My Future is built by experienced, ICF-trained coaches and facilitators from a wide range of industries. Together, we create a safe, high-quality learning environment where reflection, growth and action go hand in hand.

Our long-term goal is to contribute to more sustainable careers, stronger female representation across organisations and greater gender equality in the workplace. By investing early, we aim to positively impact the lives of 5,000 women by 2030.
