Spadework

About Spadework

Your next placement is already in your network. You just have not seen it move yet.

Spadework is opportunity intelligence for the staffing industry. It signals the moment someone you already know starts moving, so you see the opening while it is still yours.

Three kinds of movement, three kinds of opportunity:

- A candidate updates their profile. A sign something might be shifting.

- A contact switches role or company. A warm entry at a new account, and a new company to staff.

- An organisation you follow posts new vacancies. Demand you see before the rest of the market.

That is the starting point, not the ceiling. Spadework is a platform of agents. Start with one we recommend, then make it yours: what it watches, when it fires, where it lands. Or build your own.

Every signal comes from your own database, from people who already know you. No cold lists, no scraped data. The opportunities were always there. You just had no way to see them in time.

Spadework does not replace your ATS, it adds to it. Opportunities land where your team already works: as a note on the record, a task for the account owner, or one morning email. Only your admin works in Spadework, so nobody has to learn a new tool. Live in two weeks.

Spadework. Move first.
