About Soroptimist International Gooische Meeren
De club Gooische Meeren is opgericht in 2017. Wij zijn een serviceclub van 25 vrouwen die zich inzetten voor het welzijn van vrouwen en kinderen over de hele wereld. Momenteel steunen wij Movement on the Ground, de vluchtelingen op Lesbos.
Wij zijn een global met een UN status.
De Soroptimisten zijn opgericht in 1921 in Oakland, VS. Momenteel hebben we 120.000 leden in 21 landen.
Visie: Women and girls have the resources and opportunities to reach their full potential and live their dreams.
Missie: Soroptimist improves the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment.
